Made from 12mm textured rubber, this provides the comfiest row around with cut out sections in the middle for the pelvis and at the rear to accommodate the coccyx. The seat pad can be easily transferred between machines. (Personally I use a seat pad for grip to really connect on the drive) -

The standard legs give a 14 inch (36 cm) seat height while the taller legs make the seat 20 inches (51 cm) from the floor. The tall leg option replaces the Model E, which is now discontinued. A higher seat is not required for taller users, and both machines will fit inseams up to 38 inches (96.5 cm). Rowers with an inseam longer than this may require an extra-long monorail. Not for use with Ultralight sweeps or fixed length oars. Important: You will need a T20 6-Lobe driver (available from hardware shops) or Oar Rigging Tool (available here) to install and adjust these grips.
