The standard legs give a 14 inch (36 cm) seat height while the taller legs make the seat 20 inches (51 cm) from the floor. The tall leg option replaces the Model E, which is now discontinued. A higher seat is not required for taller users, and both machines will fit inseams up to 38 inches (96.5 cm). Rowers with an inseam longer than this may require an extra-long monorail. The tall legs are also available as a separate retrofit kit. -

Made from 12mm textured rubber, this provides the comfiest row around with cut out sections in the middle for the pelvis and at the rear to accommodate the coccyx. The seat pad can be easily transferred between machines. -
FREE SHIPPINGThe Dynamic Indoor Rower offers the closest simulation to rowing on the water and was developed to meet the specific training needs of the competitive rowing athlete. Unlike the Model D and E Indoor Rowers, the footrest on the Dynamic is free to move and there’s minimal movement of body mass throughout the stroke. The Dynamic demands similar concentration and body control to that needed when rowing in a boat, making it an excellent sport-specific training and coaching tool. Using the Dynamic Link accessory it’s easy to join together two or more Dynamics, so you can train as a team boat.
