The BikeErg has the same flywheel and Performance Monitor as Concept2 Indoor Rowers and SkiErgs, bringing to cycling the strengths and features we've previously brought to rowing and cross-country skiing. The flywheel uses air resistance to create a smooth, quiet ride that responds to your efforts. The damper is your "gearing", allowing you to adjust the feel of your ride. This is the 380cm (12´ 6") long elastic shock cord (or bungee cord) that recoils the chain on recovery. -
For use with Model C, D and E Indoor Rowers & RowERG. Includes on 8' 4" long chain with a brass swivel at the handle end and chain connector for the inside end. If your chain is badly rusted, has seized links or is broken, you will need to replace it with this part. -
For use on the Model D and E Indoor Rower. This is the 14 tooth sprocket for the flywheel axle. If you need to replace the sprocket, you should replace the chain at the same time (see part number 1916).
