This is the 380cm (12´ 6") long elastic shock cord (or bungee cord) that recoils the chain on recovery. -

This is the sensor coil for the power generator that transmits flywheel motion to and generates power for the Performance Monitor on your indoor rower or SkiErg. Important Note: This is the double coil generator sensor for Model D/E machines made after October 2006. For machines made before then, you will need to replace the entire Power Generator Assembly -

For use with the black SkiErg, the SkiErg Handle Hooks attach to both sides of the SkiErg near the monitor and hold the SkiErg handles in place lower on the machine so that the handles are within reach for people using the SkiErg from a wheelchair or seated position. -
