ROWfit Limited – Online Returns Policy
ROWfit is a limited company CRN 686714 located in Limerick, Ireland. This Returns policy will explain how our organization goes about processing Returns of goods purchased online.
- A customer is entitled to cancel their order and return the goods within 14 days of purchase for a refund minus the cost of shipping the goods to them.
- When returning items, they must be unused and in their original packaging accompanied with a proof of purchase.
- The customer is responsible for arranging for the transport along with the cost and risk of loss or damage, when returning the goods. If the goods have been damaged in the returns shipping process ROWfit are not obliged to offer a refund, exchange, or credit. This does not apply to any defective or faulty items sent by ROWfit. In the instance that a defective or incorrect item is shipped ROWfit will endeavour to replace this at our own cost.
- Best to contact us by email or telephone quoting the order number supplied to you. A refund will be paid within 7 days after goods have been received by ROWfit and met the requirements as stipulated (unused and in original, undamaged packaging)
