Bulky life jackets provided so you might wish to bring your own more comfortable ones.
Our boats will be ready to unload and rig (with some assistance by Swift Racing staff) the evening before the regatta at the starting venue.
We require €200 deposit per club which will be returned when the boats & oars are returned undamaged to the trailer shortly after racing.
Once you take control of one of our rental boats at the trailer you are responsible for its well-being on and off the water until it has been de-rigged and reloaded onto the trailer post-race. If it is damaged during the rental period whether on the water or being transported, then your deposit is forfeit. If damaged on the water in a collision the deposit is forfeit until the other parties accept responsibility for damage caused and provide insurance details to cover the repairs. The onus is on the renter with the assistance of the organisers to ascertain same.

Swift Racing shoes (Str62A-**) have black mesh uppers for improved aeration and drying properties. There are 3 black webbing straps on both sides that connect to the 3 Velcro straps for personal fitting and durability. The sole has a rectangular hole pattern of 35mm across, 25mm down, used for fixing shoes to Swift footplates, plus 3 additional holes that can be used for attaching shoes directly to stretchers. Also supplied:- 5mm screws (Part code ScrC/S5x10)
- heel restraint cord (Dyneema 3mm x 50cm; Part code Str64a)
PLEASE NOTE: THE FIXING HOLE PATTERN ON THE SOLE IS UNIQUE TO SWIFT FOOTPLATES.
