We require €200 deposit per club (€50 for an independent entrant) which will be returned when the boats & oars are returned undamaged to the trailer shortly after racing.
Once you take control of one of our oars at the trailer you are responsible for their well-being on and off the water until they are reloaded onto the trailer post-race. If they are damaged during the rental period whether on the water or being transported, then your deposit is forfeit. If damaged on the water in a collision the deposit is forfeit until the other parties accept responsibility for damage caused and provide insurance details to cover the repairs. The onus is on the renter with the assistance of the organisers to ascertain same.
