Description
While it is possible to teach ‘suspension’ on the Erg either by using a strap around the vertical monitor support arms, or even by the coach just holding the strap, neither of these are ideal, particularly with stronger and heavier athletes or when doing the exercise repeatably. The clamp is sprung loaded and goes over the front bar of the leg to give secure fixing point for the strap (not supplied).
