Description
When clamped to the Saxboard edge the Acetal rods can be slid down when the boat is racked if desired. The rubber tip on the rod prevents damage to the boat below even if they are left at their working height. This adjustability also gives the option of setting the rubber tip to the target height for the hands at the catch.
The current marker is primarily intended for sweep boats because in sculling boats the hands are generally outside the Saxboard edges at the catch. A rigger mounted version for sculling is under development.
